Pricing Policy






All prices subject to change.
Logo design service. We can design a basic text logo for you. Having a logo helps to promote your business branding. This logo is for your use in print and on the web. Prices vary according to requirements. Price upon application.
Design for print options available. Useful for consistent branding. We can design promotional items which you take to professional printers to print at your cost. This service includes Leaflets, Posters, Brochures, Menus, Programmes, Calendars, Business cards and stationery such as Letter heads, Footers and Compliment slips. Price upon application.
Web Pages. Webme1 will design a web address for you. Starting with our most basic design of up to 1 full page at 960 x 1000 pixel size. Additional page and web options are as shown on the prices page. In some instances longer or wider pages may be necessary. Costs will be discussed when your requirements are established at the time of design.
Domain name. Charged according to type of name required and period chosen.
Transfer of domain name. There will be a charge to change the domain name or to transfer the domain name. Minimum of £50 for domain transfer.
Change of sub domain name. Price depends on amount of work required to change the name. E.g. If a new site and nothing pointing to this name, no charge. If sub domain fully set up, an admin fee of £15 may apply in respect of the work required to redirect to the new name.
Editing as per prices page.
Re-design. Costs will be discussed at the time of re-design request at no less than 50% of design fee current at time of request.
Submission of digital items. No charge.
Handling of hard copy items. We can accept material via the post if a digital submission is not possible. All postage costs are the responsibility of the client. We accept no responsibility for items posted but not received. We suggest recorded delivery is used.
Text. If it can be read by our optical character recognition software, free up to 10 pages. If it cannot be read by our optical character recognition software, transcription may be required at £2.00 per 500 words.
Items to be photographed in order to be added to the site. If we are able to provide this service, requests will be considered on an individual basis and costs established at that time.
Images to be scanned into our system. From 50 pence per image.
Costs vary according to amount of scanning required, the size and type of images and the quality of the images submitted. We can provide a digital copy of the images on CD or DVD. Cost based on client requirements.
Image editing. Some images digital and hard copy submissions may require editing for optimum display purposes. Image editing can be minor from a small scratch to extensive repair. Costs start at £3 per image. Costs can only be established upon receipt of the image.
Receipt of digital items. DVDS and CDS No charge.
Storage of hard copy items. Text, images, DVDS and CDS.
We expect to store hard copy items for the purpose of design and maintenance. We expect to receive copies rather than originals which can be destroyed after use. However, if we accept originals (this must be made clear prior to submission) we may charge a storage fee. Fees dependent upon material and storage required.
Return of hard copy items. Postage and packing costs apply. Items will be sent by recorded delivery.
Telephone communication. We will telephone clients within the UK on standard telephone numbers at no cost. Duplication of communications at the request of the client may incur a cost.
Email communication. Our preferred method of communication. No cost for general communications. Duplication of communications at the request of the client may incur a cost.
Postal communication. No cost for general communications. Duplication of communications at the request of the client may incur a cost.
In person meetings. We provide a digital remote service and as such expect to be able to fully service your requirements digitally, by post or by telephone. In extraordinary circumstances costs will be established at that time.
Out of hours communications. We expect communications to take place during normal working hours. If extraordinary circumstances require communication outside these hours, no charge will apply for a one off emergency communication. Regular communication out of office hours will, if accepted, incur a charge. Charges to be established.
Communication with third parties. We expect all communication to be with one nominated person. If we agree to accept communication from more than one person, this may lead to more complex working practices, including confirmation of requests to numerous parties and fielding additional design and maintenance requests. If you feel this may occur, please tell us prior to our accepting your project and any potential additional costs based upon your requirements will be discussed.
Overdue invoices. Invoices are to be settled within 14 days. Penalties and costs apply. In addition, services may cease and storage costs may apply. Domain and sub domain names may be released. In addition, late payments may be at the cost of good will, potential future discounts or service renewals.
Parking pages - domain. Depends upon domain chosen.
Parking pages - sub domain. Free for a limited period.
Parking is the registration of an Internet domain name (or holding of a sub domain) without that web address being used to provide services to the paying customer. This is a single-page website that people see when they type the domain name or follow a link in a web browser.
Domain names can be parked before a web site is ready for launching. This may be done to reserve the domain name for future development. Since the domain name registrar will have set name servers for the domain, the registrar or reseller potentially has use of the domain rather than the final registrant and the host may use the address for advertising purposes during the parking period.
Hot linking. This is not permitted. The linking to an image stored on our site which appears on one or more other sites and uses our bandwidth. All content displayed on Webme1 must be viewed via the Webme1 website or the authorised hosted sub domain.
Analytic services. Costs established at time of request.
Search engine optimisation. Basic search engine optimisation is provided in most of our services at no charge to the client. We are not an SEO company and full SEO services are not provided. The client may retain the services of a SEO company at their own expense. In such cases, any additional work we agree to carry out will incur a charge. Charges dependent upon requested work. Clients should discuss required work prior to retaining SEO services to ensure compatible with our working practices. We will not agree to or apply black hat SEO practices.
Other charges may apply. Please fully discuss your requirements with us in order that we may furnish you with the full costs associated with your design plan, tailored to your individual needs. We may accept requests for additional work, services, designs, facilities and pages.
