TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUB DOMAINS
Time
Webme1 endeavours to provide new web pages and web page edits as quickly as possible. It is the responsibility of the sub domain holder to advise of possible time constraints and to provide the relevant material in good time for the work to be done and the site to be published.
Webme1 has a good experience of very high uptime of the website. However, 100% uptime can not be guaranteed.
Liability for actions of service users
Webme1 does not vet the service providers or individuals who advertise on this site. Any communication and/or agreements are between the sub domain holder and the viewer.
Webme1 accepts no responsibility or liability for any transaction between parties other than directly with Webme1.
All efforts will be made to ensure the accuracy of the information. However, Webme1 accepts no liability in this area.
It is up to the sub domain holder to ensure that the information contained on the web is accurate and factually correct.
Webme1 aims to give all our customers the best service possible. To this end, Webme1 has the final say in how many pages are required/allowed per customer. We will provide all the necessary pages we feel it takes to convey who you are and what you offer. Any special requirements should be discussed prior to the initial design to ensure we can provide the service you require.
We may elect to accept or reject your application to use a particular sub-domain name for any reason at our sole discretion. Such rejection including, but not limited to, a request for registration of an offensive or prohibited domain name or one that mis-represents the true nature of the content of the page(s).
Webme1 reserves the right to edit or exclude any material.
Webme1 would like to remain a family friendly website. They may be occasions where Webme1 are happy to create the page, but due to the nature of the subject or material will not advertise it or add it to the directory . If this is the case Webme1 will advise the customer. If the customer is happy to go ahead on this basis, it will be up to the customer to make their web page known to the relevant parties.
Webme1 reserves the right to refuse to create or publish any pages.
Any material suspected by Webme1 to be of an illegal, immoral, inflammatory or offensive nature will not be published and should not be sent to Webme1.
Webme1 will not return any material received that falls into the above category. Any such material will be disposed of in the correct manner.
Webme1 accepts email, postal and telephone contributions. Details upon request. Any costs incurred by Webme1 as a result of this are to be reimbursed by the customer. E.g. Cost of return of customers material.

Webme1 will return customers originally provided material upon request, (see terms re type of material), but cannot guarantee delivery or condition of received items. If extra secure posting options are requested, the customer will be responsible for those costs. Webme1 recommends the customer keep a copy of all materials sent as Webme1 accepts no liability for the loss or damage of the items to be returned.
Image sizes. Advice regarding digital image sizing will be given at the time of request for materials.
Submitted information and Images
We carry out the work we feel is necessary to highlight what we can do for you. If you decide not to use our services, our work, we will display the work with the information and images provided at our discretion as sample pages and offer those pages to other customers where appropriate.
Should you decide that you would like the design but not use our hosting and maintenance service, our current price for website design (that is pages not hosted within Webme1) will apply. For this price you will be given the html pages we created. The pages remain our property until payment is received.
Recommend us to another party who subsequently uses and pays for our services and we will give a percentage reduction in your monthly fee of 5% for the duration of payment being received from the other party.
The recommendation has to be verified by the new customer as having come from you at the time they take up our service.
More than one recommendation for the same new customer will result in the recommendation credit being allocated to only 1 person. This person may be chosen by the new customer.
Discounts
Webme1 reserve the right to offer and rescind discounts where we see fit. We will always try to honour discount offers, but prices and discounts available at the time should be checked prior to requesting Webme1 to commence work.
